As a Virtual Coordinator, my responsibilities include:- Building the framework for the position itself- Creating and documenting new processes and workflows- Improving upon and streamlining current processes- Acting as a liaison between our department, IT, and various other internal product teams- Data collection and analysis- Assisting virtual employees with tech-related issues and escalating tickets with IT for quick resolution- Facilitating the onboarding of classes of new virtual employees by ordering equipment, requesting access, and communicating important information to the new employees to ensure they are ready to go on day one of training- Collaborating with the training team to address any outstanding issues with their equipment or access- Creating a resource library of troubleshooting documents for virtual employees to limit downtime while working- Collaborating with other internal product teams and departments to be aware of trends and make updates to processes that may impact the work of our virtual employees- Completing various other ad hoc tasks
