Managed a team leading the design and implementation of CBP's modernized private cloud infrastructure, migration of legacy applications to the new platform, implementation an enterprise identity/credentialing/access management system, implementation of a cloud monitoring and management system, and managed a common enterprise software build environment.Led the implementation of Agile management methods across all aspects of the program, and integration of Agile methods with traditional SELC and EVM oversight approaches. In two years, led the growth of the team from approximately 30 to 120.

Supported the CTO and CIO with all aspects of managing IT technology planning. Helped build the Office of the CTO annual budget, planned programs and procurements, and served as program manager, COTR, and technical lead for several major enterprise programs. These included a management information system for the FBI Director and Deputy Director, a consolidated service-hosting IT infrastructure, an enterprise portal environment, an enterprise data warehouse, and operational prototypes of a variety of advanced analytical tools used to support the Office of Intelligence. Provided more than 120 joint briefings with FBI Director Mueller and top FBI executives to Congress, the White House administration, the press, and government advisory boards. Also served as Enterprise Architect for Data and Information.Prior to joining the CIO/CTO office, I worked at the FBI's Engineering Research Facility as a manager and software programmer designing and building systems to support FBI agents with high-tech investigations.
