Plans, develops, and supervises all human resource functions including administering operating budgets, staffing, work assignments, salary and performance reviews. Develops and implements department standards and procedures providing administrative and technical direction on personnel programs. Supervise, plan and coordinate activities and operations of the administrative, safety and information technology staff; serve as overall divisional director of information and data; to coordinate assigned activities with other divisions and outside agencies; and to provide highly responsible and complex staff assistance to all Divisions within the Company. Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Reviews and updates pay & fringe packages for collective bargaining agreements. Administers Cafeteria, Company Policies and 401K plans. Risk and Insurance Manager. Oversee, implement, the plan of risk control actions (purchase of insurance or other risk financing options, health and safety measures, liaison with regulators, business continuity plans)
