Evaluated the performance of Toro-owned European manufacturing plants by comparing total warranty dollar amounts and warranty as a percent of sales values to the plants located in the United States to determine if a regional quality manager was needed in Europe. Improved my communication skills through constant communication with the employees of the European plants in order to obtain the data needed. Conducted historical warranty analysis reports for new product development and presented findings to the design team in order to make proper changes to the new product based on warranty and out-of-box quality claims. Completed analysis on the cost of quality-related redesigns from multiple departments within Toro to see if it was a metric that needed to be tracked in the future. Assisted with validation audits and reports by helping out during audits and reporting the issues back to the plant quality managers through a virtual meeting with a camera to show the problems. I used Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi, and SAP software throughout the summer for all of my projects.

Used Autodesk 360 for design, used surveying equipment, and worked on data analysis and organization. Also worked on effective communication skills between engineers and other coworkers.

Supervised the work of 3 new employees and trained them how to safely operate maintenance equipment. Also operated mowers, green roller, and other equipment safely. Aided in the maintenance of the equipment.
