Director for 8-person Crisis Action Team, night operations planning cell director during deployment phase execution. Combat mission flight lead: plans, briefs, and leads 4-ship flights in direct support of operational objectives. Inspector General 35-person team lead, identify unknown noncompliance and risks in support of commanders’ missions, develop exercises to train and evaluate agency missions. Evaluate ill-defined problems involving cross-functional integration, define desired outcome and scope, identify stakeholders, form team to develop and execute solution. Investigate aircraft flight and flight related mishaps, identify root cause(s), make recommendations to control and mitigate risk. Direct base support for Higher HQ-directed missions.
