Maintained guest safety as a Park Greeter, ensuring each guest properly scanned into the park: ensured proper identification is provided for entry if necessary. Observed guest flow in and out of the park, to ensure guest safety & assisted guests with every need or question regarding their time at the water park or at Disney in general. Parking trained as well, also ensuring guests safely park in an efficient yet safe manner to enjoy their day at the water park.

Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser

Roamer for the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser; Disney's newest, most ambitious, interstellar, world-class service, immersive experience. Trained for a rigorous 10 weeks in a multitude of roles: concierge (including bell services & guest services) food & beverage, merchandise, park greeting, attractions (safety-critical), and recreation. Delivering a white glove experience to guests from all around the world. Executes guest services daily, utilizing multiple Disney platforms including Guest Service Suite, Hotel Experience, Disney Arrival, and Park Greeter. Went through a multiple interview process to extend my college program into this specialty role.

Passenger Services trainer for Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser. Trainer in concierge & recreation facilitation. Utilized my knowledge to instill said knowledge into new crew members aboard the Halcyon, preparing them to deliver a world class experience to hundreds of passengers everyday. Selected to train in concierge; which included further Disney University's teachings of Hotel Experience, Guest Service Suite, and a multitude of Disney softwares imperative to the success of any resort experience on property. Gave trainees the tools to handle any situation, exceed guest expectation and utlize their solve for yes skills. Second line of business selected to train being recreation. Led trainees through a week long training progression, empowering them to utilize the 5 keys to deliver DCL style recreation activities, as well as pivitol plot moments with entertainment partners.

Trained to both Starbucks and Disney standards; having proficiencies in beverage making, sequencing, guest connecting, food service, stocking, cash handling & closing procedures. All while including the 5 keys of the Disney company (Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, Efficiency). *My original role for my fall 2022 Disney College Program before accepting a specialty role for my spring extension.*

Residential Assistant for the University of Arizona. Ensured safety of residents by executing weekly duty (manning the hall, in charge of the on-duty device, making multiple sweeps of the hall to further ensure resident safety). Worked with fellow staff to plan, prep & execute weekly hall events to maintain & improve resident morale. Met with each resident for quarterly discussion about university experience, grades, classes & overall experience living in the hall. Regulated discussions for roommate conflicts & worked with school PD with safety concerns. *Applied & selected mid semester of fall 2021, going through a condensed/expedited training process.*

University Of Arizona

Alumni of the SPURS Sophomore Honorary at the University of Arizona. As co DEI chair I Introduced to a panel this new diversity, equity & inclusion chair. Faced a multitude of backlash, but kept pushing for it and eventually was met with success! Responsibilities included monthly social justice meetings with members to ensure awareness of ongoing social issues in and around campus. Organized and worked with local organizations for fundraisers (I.e. Ben's Bells, Youth On Their Own, etc.), including partnering with fellow honorary DEI chairs to curate a fundraiser for Equal Rights Initiative, raising hundreds of dollars.
