INNOV8 Consulting provided strategic business development and advisory services to clients in north central British Columbia. As a specialist in transition planning services, we developed a unique and sophisticated transition (succession) process that integrated all trusted advisor professionals. We also provided consulting services to small and mid-sized private or public sector entities. Other projects included: co-management for not-for-profit organizations, performance management systems, strategic planning, and operational improvement. Accomplishments: • Delivered business workshops that launched small business from one person to several staff member business operations. • Built a consulting network to have a global presence. • Presented “Building a culture in the workplace” at an international conference in Australia. • Conducted a feasibility study for a micro mill resulting in consolidating of assets and cost savings.
