Accomplishments: • Developed a customized mentorship training program for DMC resulting in increased retention and morale and career progression. • Established a recruitment strategy for the firm, which resulted in growth from 10 to 26 staff members. • Designed and implemented a selection and recruitment process to save time. • Developed an induction process and facilitated training and coaching program, which decreased the orientation period and increased productivity. • Worked with a committee tasked with taking the firm paperless, which resulted in higher systemization, increased efficiency and optimized the delivery of client services.

As a specialist in transition planning services, we developed a unique and sophisticated transition (succession) process that integrated all trusted advisor professionals.
