The Division is responsible for protecting and upholding the safety of individuals, families, and communities in Prince Edward Island.KEY ACHIEVEMENTSMy project focused on enhancing the delivery of public safety services by means of a detailed evaluation of policies and procedures and a thorough analysis of historical data. I orchestrated a review of data collection and data management practices across nine public safety agencies. With my findings, I guided managers in implementing modern methods of data collection and data management.

The Division is responsible for providing economic and fiscal information and analysis to theExecutive Offices and Committees of the Government.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS I analyzed census data and identified demographic trends in Prince Edward Island, with a focus on population ageing and population growth. I constructed models projecting government healthcare and education costs to aid in budget planning.While seconded to the Pensions and Benefits Division, I modernized and centralized the data collection and storage process for provincial pension transfers which reduced processing times and maximized employee efficiency.
