Reconstituted the commercial development team in Austin covering the central Texas market for Hines in fall 2017. The team grew to five people and six projects by early 2024. Led initiatives into the use of mass timber in office at T3 ATX Eastside and explored its use in multifamily, culminating in a presentation of my findings to a firm wide construction manager conference in mid 2023.Pre-development project manager for Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin, a $1.4B, 188 unit, 700k sf. condominium.Competitively selected and managed a team of 32 consultants and a general contractor.Oversaw two site development permits as well as reviewed drawing submissions and specifications, and advised the owner regarding mitigating budget and schedule risk.Sourced, underwrote, and capitalized the development of T3 Eastside ATX, a $62M, 100k sf. mass timber office building with 15 integrated multi-family units.Originated and oversaw the land purchases and site due diligences for two garden multifamily developments: Varenna Lakeside, 336 units in Georgetown, TX and The Retreat at the Rim, 384 units in San Antonio, TX.

Instituted a new urban single family project and sourced the off-market $44M land purchase of Somerset Green, a 46 acre brownfield infill single family development of 500 brownstone homes located in inner-loop Houston.

Project manager for San Felipe Place, a 167k sf., 18 story high-rise office building in the River Oaks neighborhood of Houston.Responsible for a $71M project budget, negotiated 25 leases, managed tenant fit outs, 3 financings, and was the asset manager for 9 years.

Led a team of four undergraduate programmers to develop a data visualization and interaction dashboard, and worked with IBM employees to build a business plan for the use case. Demoed and presented the software to Mr. Palmisano, the CEO of IBM, and led a presentation to the nationwide cohort of 45 interns.

The facade of the tower features 120,000 LED diodes which allows the entire building to be lit in all colors and patterns. OFC was the first building in Southeast Asia to receive a LEED Platinum rating for its core and shell. Master plan designer for the Mitikah master plan, Coyoacan, Mexico City, a 27 acre, 3.6-million sf. mixed use urban infill development on the site of BBVA Bancomer. The master plan included and now houses the third tallest building in Mexico and the tallest in Mexico City: Torre Mitikah, at 68 floors and 1.1 million sf. Modified the construction document drawings for Torre de Cristal, a 640,000 sf., 52 story office building and the tallest building in Spain.Production designer for Petronas Tower 3 (Carigali Tower), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, during the schematic and design development phases of design. Carigali Tower is a 980,000 sf. office building adjacent to the Petronas Towers.
