Senior Software Engineer Team Lead
CurrentAs a senior software engineer (software engineer 3) and team lead at Lockheed Martin I am responsible for managing a team of software engineers on the F16 simulation software team by assigning work, reviewing and approving code, and providing leadership and subject matter expertise in areas they may need help in. I'm responsible for sprint planning, automation, project planning and development as well as my own daily tasks and stretch assignments. I'm currently leading an effort to improve my team's training processes and am currently leading an effort to further our automated release system using a Jenkins pipeline and bash shell scripting. When I'm not working with my team or on one of my assignments I'm debugging issues on embedded systems.
