My name is Mason Reoch and I am a Bay Area Tech Creative. Currently pursuing a Computer Science degree and interning for Underground Media, a Web3-established community pivoting to meta world creation and game design, I seek to create memorably user experiences and vast worlds for players to explore. As I continue my internship I can't wait to keep help creating new adventures that keep you coming back for more... -- More Info Below -- I have always been drawn to the creative arts and game design, and am particularly interested in creating memorable user experiences.My personal passion project began during the pandemic. I found relaxation in creating a collection of toy photography images under the title "A Trivial Perspective". This resulted in one of my works earning a $500 Superior Merit Award from the Bay Area Creative Youth Foundation.I attended the Marin School of the Arts (MSA) with a focus Cinematic Arts. My self-discipline and knack for problem-solving we're further developed while learning the cinematic process. Notably, a short student film I directed in 2019 was featured in the Mill Valley Film Festival. It was through studying Cinematic Arts I found a passion for still photography, which led to the creation of the passion project mentioned above.While producing films at MSA I maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout my high school journey, earning consistent placement on the honor roll. At graduation I was awarded recognition for completion of AP Calculus and AP Statistics, was awarded a Golden State Seal Merit Diploma, and received a monetary scholarship from 10,000 degrees.Currently I am enrolled in multiple Computer Science courses through the edX online Harvard platform, alongside the College of Marin with a goal of gaining a B.S. in Computer Science and a dream of working at Riot Games as a creative lead. I am excited to bring my creative passion, dedication, and teamwork to new challenges.
