My career in the design and print industry began more than 28 years ago. I have built up an eclectic range of skills during my career and have worked in client services, print and production management, account management and I am currently a Project Director with Insight. I work effectively with both clients and suppliers to deliver on their complex requirements, especially in this demanding business environment. My key skills include developing productive client relationships and consistently achieving high levels of client satisfaction.I have considerable knowledge and experience across all facets of the design and production process and have the ability to work effectively with a broad range of people. This has allowed me to consistently deliver strong value to both clients and suppliers. My success to date can be attributed to my passion for the design industry and business plus having experience in managing all aspects of a project from briefing through to delivery. Through the printers I deal with, I have helped contribute to them winning a number of industry gold medals, including the Supreme Award for printing twice. To emphasise my standing in the industry, I was voted onto the judging panel of the New Zealand print awards - Pride in Print.I am pedantic about maintaining high standards of quality and my suppliers enjoy the working relationship that I create. Many attribute my involvement as a key reason they are able to produce their best work and win these awards.
