- Evaluated disposition and acquisition targets by completing full Argus models including a valuation recommendation to management based on selected targeted return- Performed recapitalization analysis of the Boyle Nashville portfolio ultimately presented to ownership- Structured numerous waterfall and direct fee structures intended to secure an additional equity partner- Executed developmental duties for 35-acre downtown mixed-use project (~$500M) as well as for 400-acre master-planned community- Collaborated on large (~150k sf) tenant build-to-suit proposal, audited retail/office leases for 2017 budget, assembled lease and development comparables market surveys, and called prospective tenants
