 Oversee 1.5 Million SQFT facility: 600K production, 500K cold storage, 250K office and 150K Data Center. Oversee Planner/Scheduler, Vendors/Contractors, CMMS, Assigning PMs, Downtime work, Breakdowns, BDAs, Energy improvements, Water conservation and Capital projects totaling over 200 Million in expense. Responsible for Utility department Engineers including all day-to-day activities, Manpower scheduling 24/7/365, Work completion, Work Permits, PM Audits, Quality sign offs, Safety Training, Performance improvement plans and Coaching.  Strategically lead all Regulatory Compliances including Audits for : PSM program - Ammonia, OSHA requirements, EPA regulations - Haz Waste/Haz Material/CERS, AQMD requirements – HVAC/NOx, Carbon emissions - Boilers BACT/RACT/LAER testing, Green footprint, Fire Dept/CUPA requirements - CalARP and Fire Inspections, FED regulations, Environmental Controls and Storm Water - SWPPP. Oversee Fire and Life Safety systems, Halon/FM200 gas suppression systems, Refrigeration/HVAC, Steam System, Water Processes, Wastewater Neutralization, Compressed Air system and outside grounds. Sustain all electrical components throughout facility - Coordinate Annuals for 12kv Switch Gear, 480v Transformer service, IR scans on MCC/MCP/RP/LP panels, Data Center UPSs and Maintain/Test 1000 kW Generator.

 Maintain entire refrigeration systems for Ammonia, HVAC and Data Center. Fix any problems to system Chillers, Compressors, Condensers, Evaporators, Pumps, charging systems, find and fix refrigerant leaks.  Operate/Maintain entire Boiler System, including but not limited to Annual tube punching, Feed water valves, Water Pumps, DA tank, Water Softener, UV and RO water systems. Fixed and repair any problems including doors, ramps, stackers, packers, conveyors, lighting in and out of the warehouse, office maintenance, as well as other daily calls and preventative maintenance work.
