Building a better workplace by solving puzzles and connecting with people.I've gone from solving dungeons in Legend of Zelda to optimizing and growing teams, processes, and workflows in my roles... and I love it.My career journey started in a scrappy, young startup environment, and I used my experiences to craft some essential tools for my work toolbelt: curiosity, adaptability, and empathy.- Constantly learning and growing is an ideal I hold dear to my heart, and if I don't know how to do something, I'll absorb and learn until I do. I'm a lifelong learner and want to grow in everything I do.- Being flexible and adapting to new situations, facing uncertainty with focus and drive is how I've led two teams to success (so far!). With each new wrinkle in the process, I use a methodical and creative approach to ensure that goals and needs are met and exceeded.- If I've learned anything, tech especially can be brutal. Leading with kindness and empathy and implementing foundations of Positive Workplace Psychology is foundational to my mindset. A healthy team is a good team.My career goals are guided by my love of tech, wellness, and a deep-seated passion for video games, music, and other artistic creative mediums.
