* Responsible for all 4 of the Maldives properties and 1 Luxury Yacht. They are:- Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru - Banyan Tree Madivaru- Angsana Ihuru- Angsana Velavaru- Banyan Vela (Luxury Yacht)

• Responsible for managing Reservations Department for Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru, Angsana Ihuru, Banyan Tree Madivaru, & Banyan Velaa Cruise
• Maximizing room sales and revenue for both properties.
• Ensure all staff operates with a sales attitude and are aware of sales opportunities which will assist in the maximization of revenue.
• To monitor future availability on a daily basis in order to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue, and to prevent over-booked situations.
• To monitor advance bookings in accordance with reservation standards in order to minimize inaccuracies and to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• To make alternative arrangements for guests in the event of over-booked situations.
