• Deal with prisoners’ case’s that are made to the Parole Board.• Liaise with Offender Mangers Offender supervisor, solicitors and Judges to ensure case gets listed.• Send out required directions for reports to relevant people.• Read reports to ensure it can be disclosed to all parties.• Keep all records updated on the system, and ensure all relevant milestones are correctly updated.• Liaise with Judges to find suitable time to list the case, when all reports have been received.• Sending out final decision from the Judges to all parties after the hearing.

• Order IT kit, Phone and wi-fi’s for new staff members via internal ordering system. • Provide support and help with IT system for new members of staff.• Process request for payment via internal system for venues and events. • Process all payment related invoices.• Deal with all recruitment related issues, like security clearance and passes.

• Process payment received from solicitors. • Allocate cases to cost lawyers within tight deadlines. • Deal with payment related quires from solicitors and Clients. • Email relevant case manager to notify payment has been made. • Make faster payments due to late notification and to prevent further interest being added.

• Request case reports from relevant parties. • Read all reports to determine if it can be disclosed to all relevant parties. • Liaise with prisoner’s offender manager and supervisors to gather information.• Update prisoners file with new information. • Deal with prisoner’s case file according to the case type.

• Forward prisoners request with case file to duty member for consideration. • Liaise with Parole Board members, solicitors, prisons officers regarding prisoners. • Send emails to relevant people informing them of hearing dates and timetable. • Update prisoners file with new information. • Deal with prisoner’s case file according to the case type.

• Unload and load all cargo and baggage’s to and from the air plane. • Drive dollies with bags to and from air plane. • Ensure passengers board and leave aircraft safely • Make checks to ensure the air plane is safe for departure.

• Allocate correspondents relating Home Office matters to the relevant caseworkers. • Deal with internal and external queries regarding applicants’ appeals status. • Draft email and letter to send out to inform relevant departments with applicant’s immigration status. • Give instructions of removal to immigration officers.
