- Provide analytical support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.- Identify business challenges; propose and implement solutions.- Partner directly with onshore finance teams to collaborate on metrics, goals and business reviews.- Deep dive into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

• Responsible for management of the financial analysis and reconciliation processes of the projects or engagements.• Prepare budgets and forecasts to project and track financial metrics such as revenue, expense, billings, margins etc.• Responsible for understanding the client's engagement teams growth vision, engagement’s revenue model, resources, strategy and planning, and risks. • Expertise in cost transformation, engagement’s structure and operating model design, diagnostics and benchmarking each engagement to the organization’s given threshold.• Periodic Interaction with senior level internal clients and stakeholders to present various analyses, discuss recommendations and provide project financial advice.• Forecasting, Trend Analysis and preparing Burn Report analysis. Preparation of Ageing report and reduction of receivable days.• Assisting in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.

Take primary responsibility for all aspects of the client relationship, working closely with clients to fully understand their financial situation.Monitor market performance to develop and deliver investment advice and strategies accordingly.
