I have over a decade of experience as a diligent and reliable lab technologist. I began working in a lab as a bachelor's student and have since held positions as a trainee, employee, and Master's student. My expertise is in immunohematology, microbiology and molecular biology. I am experienced in various methods such as disc diffusion, fast conjugation, and filter mating to calculate transfer frequencies (TF) of transconjugants, qPCR, and gel electrophoresis. I am also skilled in working in blood banks and immunohematology, both manually and with automation.In addition to my technical skills, I am proficient in statistical software such as Mega 11, BLAST, Clustal W, and RStudio package, which I use to interpret and analyse results. I manage workloads efficiently while maintaining focus and attention to detail. I value effective communication and am a team player.My Master's thesis was " Antibiotic resistance gene transfer mechanisms of Escherichia coli." It was part of the PARRTAE project on wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) and clean water from Stockholm's pools. I enjoyed working on and exploring this topic.
