In this company, as a PMO manager and Project Control expert, my main duty is to provide frameworks for project control and lead my 9 person colleagues to prepare periodic control reports; besides I am in charge of providing project time schedule plan in cooperation with Drilling Engineering Department using PRIMAVERA P6. We have also prepared project re-plan time schedule for Drilling Operation on April 2013.I am also in charge of company’s risk management project which is now in progress. Till now company’s Risk Management Plan has been generated and now we are working on risk identification phase.I also have participated in developing various procedures for company such as: Invoicing Procedure, Procurement Procedure and PMS.
