In this role, our department was responsible for our clients' account budgets and ensured that their budgets produced the best possible return on investment

One of my day-to-day activities was to meet with Star clients to understand their needs and expectations. Following these meetings, I assisted the technical team in defining roadmaps based on client needs and improving their fraud detection methods.
