Over the past 10 years, I have been occupied with configuring, designing, and reporting/analyzing large campus networks as a Network Administrator and System Support Specialist at Shahrood university of medical science. With my experience in first-line support, I have acquired valuable experience in troubleshooting and maintenance for various networks, applications, hardware, and common software. I have been involved greatly in setting up new networks and related technology.I am familiar with LAN/WAN, DHCP, VoIP, IPS, and Network Routing (EIGRP, OSPF...) Switching (VLANs,...) among other technologies. In addition, I am familiar with NPM setup ( PRTG) As well as network security technology ( Pfsense).Besides, I have spent a great deal of time documenting large existing networks.Moreover, I am well versed with VMware and Backup solutions (Veeam).Also, I have extra skills in Python, QlikView, Power Bi, and Microsoft Office, …My biggest strengths are being able to multi-task, goal-oriented, and self-driven. My excellent people and problem-solving skills coupled with my regard for timelines have reduced in resolving tickets on help desks and vastly improved the client satisfaction ratio. Being a Network Administrator is both challenging and liberating. Most of your time is spent troubleshooting existing networks and learning about new technology but are still able to resolve major issues that stabilize the system and cause others to smile while increasing the productivity of the entire organization.
