2nabsh (former Manishen) is a tech real-estate marketplace startup that was founded in 2010. with 2,000,000+ monthly visits and 15,000+ real estate agencies in Iran, it is one of the best players in it's industry in the country. The main customers of 2nash are real estate agencies. this startup made it to the fourth cycle of the Avatech accelerator (a subsidiary of Sarava Holding) and among the 700 startups present, it reached the final 6 teams and succeeded in attracting two round capital.

Since 2010, as a co-founder of this startup, I worked as a senior product designer. My biggest focus during this decade has been on the main KPIs of the product team, i.e. improving the conversion rate (CRO), reducing the bounce rate and increasing the engagement rate.During this time, I was able to continuously optimize the KPIs of the product by reviewing data, interviewing users, creating prototypes, conducting A/B Usability Testing and redesigning various website pages.

Greenweb is one of the IT companies with excellent history in Iran and has various products such as Iran Server, Sitesaz, Chapiros. During 4 months, I was with this group as a user experience consultant for the Sitesaz project, and in addition to the information architecture, I designed the process of guiding new users.

Soltansafar is a tourism metasearch. It is one of the subcategories of Khorshid Hashtom Tourist Holding (Eghamat24, Mizboon, Parvazyab, ...). As a team member and a consultant, I designed the structure of the information architecture and the user interface.

Salam Sakhtman, with 320,000+ monthly users, is the largest online cabinet and interior decoration market in Iran. During one year, I was with this team as a user experience consultant and advised this team on increasing the conversion rate of leads and running A/B tests.

GhazaaMazaa Group operates as the first self-catering with two branches in Mashhad. During 3.5 years, I was with this group as a creative director and experience designer, and I worked on the ideation and design of different campaigns to create new customer experiences.
