• More than 32 years of experience as Civil Engineer with background in mega infrastructure projects for procurement of works & services, contract administration, project management and engineering design. • More than 20 years experience purely in procurement of works and contract administration of mega infrastructure projects. • Experience in preparing prequalification documents and bidding documents (based on World Bank [WB] & Asian Development Bank [ADB] Forms of Contract/Guidelines & FIDIC conditions).• Conducted prequalification of contractors and prepared prequalification evaluation reports.• Conducted bid evaluations and prepared bid evaluation reports as per World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) procurement guidelines.• Prepared engineering services contracts for hiring of consulting services.• Experience in report writing, preparation of technical and financial proposals, progress reports, engineers estimates, variation orders, prequalification invitations/EOI’s, bid invitations, RFP’s etc.• Experience as contract lead in construction phase for analysis of EOT/Cost claims, Variation/ Change orders, dealing/responding to contractual issues during execution phase, experience in contract closures, Dispute Board proceedings, replies to Audits paras / observations etc.• Competency in Microsoft office especially in Word, Excel & Power Point.• Some major projects worked for are Diamer Basha Dam Project (US$ 11.5 billion), Extension of Pat Feeder Canal Project (US$ 50 million), Greater Thal Canal Project (US$ 1.5 billion), Lahore- Islamabad Motorway Project M-2 (US$ 1.2 billion), Widening and Up-gradation of Karakoram Highway Project (US$ 0.6 billion), Wasea Bulk Plant Project (ARAMCO) near Riyadh, KSA, Punjab Saaf Pani Project, Punjab Safe City Project, Lower Bari Doab Canal LBDC & Balloki Barrage rehabilitation project, Irrigation & Drainage Improvement Project (IDIP-2) in Kazakhstan, CAREC Corridor-5&6 (Salang Corridor) Project Afghanistan, Darawat Dam Project (EPC), Jhing Hydropower Project AJK, LAWI Hydropower Project (EPC) Chitral.
