• Responsible for the production of all qualities of cements, both qualitatively and quantitatively. A factory with a capacity of 3,5 million tons of cement per year.• Interfaces with the Mechanical, Electrical and Automation departments.• Participate in the commissioning of new equipments

• Establishment and monitoring of training programs for control room operators• Establishment of procedures for starting and stopping workshops• Establish daily, monthly, annual production reports• Coordinate and manage the supervision of operations during the shift• In charge of raw materials (clay, coal, sand, laterite)

• Responsible for daily process monitoring and dust collection units• In charge of regulatory control of chimney emissions and dust from the site• Coordination and interface with the Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Purchasing and Careers Departments• Monitoring of furnace shutdowns and participation in refractory furnace and exchanger tower work• In charge of improving the skills of control room operators• Monitoring and updating for all procedures
