De Meditatietuin biedt plaats aan een rijk aanbod van persoonlijke begeleiding en bijeenkomsten. Met de natuur als bedding vinden in De Meditatietuin stadsretraites en verdiepende workshops plaats. Maar ook individuele sessies voor lichaamstherapie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.Ik verzorg de boekingen en de planning van externe evenementen. Ik ben in contact met trainers en therapeuten die een ruimte willen huren voor hun eigen groepswerk en coördineer de faciliteiten gewenst bij de zaalhuur.

Wildplukken, permacultuur (moes)tuinieren, mindfulnessMet Gegrond wil ik enerzijds letterlijk met mijn handen in de grond door middel van permacultuur (moes)tuinieren, anderzijds mensen bewust maken van de gronding die we kunnen ervaren als we in verbinding zijn met de natuur en met onszelf. Dat doe ik onder andere door middel van mindful wildplukwandelingen. Ik geloof dat het kennen van planten leidt tot een diepere waardering en een bewuste omgang met de natuur, zodat we haar gezond houden voor toekomstige generaties.Verbind met de natuur, verbind met jezelf.

Het neerzetten en coördineren van het rust- en herstelprogramma bij de Tuinen van Brasa. Een programma waar buurtbewoners door middel van beweging, buiten zijn en verbinding met de natuur kunnen werken aan hun fysiek en/of mentaal herstel. Gefinancierd door de gemeente Amsterdam, iedereen is welkom om gratis mee te doen.
