Business Excellence Manager
CurrentDevelop and execute the annual business plan based on input from cross-functional teams, including Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.Provide leadership for the development and execution of customer engagement programs, including key opinion leader engagement and customer relationship management.FTE calculations to determine the equivalent number of full-time employees based on actual visits and planned frequency to manage budgets and productivity.Collaborative development of Salesforce sales targets with marketing, sales, and key account management teams.Implementing and managing sales force effectiveness automation (SFEA) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.Manage and monitor business performance through regular review of KPIs.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales teams to ensure alignment of strategies with overall business objectives.Work closely with operation team to ensure smooth business process and product availability.
