    -Manage and maintain day to day operations of the “Video Hub Office” providing at&t’s IPTV platform to Bakersfield CA.-Responsible for: Installation, upgrade, modification, repair and disconnect of Uverse VHO equipment. Coordinate, evaluate and lead partnership with technical vendors, consultants and internal service organizations (Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, Alcatel) to ensure installation and configuration quality standards.-Work with Uverse Support Teams at the Network Operations Center (NOC), Video Operations Center (VOC), and other Engineering and Support groups to ensure integrity of network circuits and video/audio quality. Monitor, maintain and respond to all environmental alarm systems for HVAC, AC and DC power, working extensively with the local CRE personnel.I led the initial build and install phase of the VHO and worked with installation vendors to insure that all at&t standards were met. During the testing and acceptance phase of the VHO infrastructure. Worked with all UVerse support groups and install vendors to insure integrity of all network circuits and environmental hardware.
