I brought ISG International Service Group, a Executive Search company from Austria, becoming the Managing Partner in Brazil. I help companies to quickly find the right employee for their open jobs.I`m a seasoned Executive, with a long experience in Commercial, Marketing and General Management positions, but I`ve also worked in Finance, R&D, Supply Chain and Training; these different standpoints allow me to understand deeply the impacts that decisions will have on the P&L and cash flow, as well as other departments which is always an asset for any company.Being very curious, I`ve never let myself stay in a comfort zone, reason why I`ve worked in 6 different segments, always achieving excellent results.I`ve been expatriated to Chile for two and a half years while working for an American multinational, but I`ve also worked for Brazilian companies – including family-owned ones and I`ve also had experiences as an entrepreneur.I`ve traveled to more than fifty countries on the five continents, which helps me to understand different cultures and opinions.I believe my strongest areas are Leadership, Capacity of Analysis, Strategic Thinking, Communication Skills, Teamwork and Learning Capabilities.I like traveling, getting to know new people and new places, movies, reading and investing quality time with my family.
