ABOUT ME:For twelve years I worked inside Customer & Support, responsible for Demo & Test on the field in several counties around the world, learning to find solutions to customers problems.For nine years I improved my skills in Team Leading, not only growing my competences but helping my colleagues too to improve theirs, and find new idea and solutions together.Leaving Ericsson I started new adventures, trying to find solutions for problem on the territory, as ICT expert consultant and entrepreneur.GOALS:From 2002, in collaboration with Telecom Italia and Marconi Lab, I managed to Create, Test & evolve the First Marconi ADSL national network (SOA & EasyOn Element Manager net). I was the First point of contact in Rome, creating features & procedures following customers needs. Coordinating First installations, network maintenance & courses to the operators.From 2006 to 2012, I was Team Leader of Hardware Test, a multicultural team able to manage up to six project in parallel. We create several international collaborations, working on demand directly from AT&T, Telia Sonera & Vodafone.From 2010 to 2013 I've been involved in several Innovative activities, I received funding for four different ideas, related to Automation, Healt Care and Machine to Machine services. In 2012 I received an Ericsson Special Awards for my effort. Togheter with Ericsson R&D Italy Team we create "Innovation Garage" initiative, with the focus to help people to develop their own idea togheter with other colleagues, to let their ideas becomes real. We started two people with three ideas, after one year we reach 44 people!Starting from 2013 I Co-founded the Project "Citymessage", where we want to create a new kind of social network, based on screen connected to the net distributed around the city and inside shops. In 2018 we combined with 111tv digital video & radio project to create the first complete personalized streaming digital TV! The project is called "TuaTv"!
