Led an agile, forward-thinking, full-service digital consulting and software development company that provided end-to-end software solutions. We primarily collaborated with early stage startups by becoming part of the founding team and helped with product design, project management, engineering development, and online marketing.

Functioned as head of technology for ADS, a division that provided services to the Studio focusing on digital media and online space for D2C and B2B solutions. Oversaw group’s annual multimillion-dollar operating and capital expense budgets and established strategic relationship with key vendors and partners. Collaborated with top level business executives within the Studio by providing technology solutions for new business opportunities and cost savings initiatives. Held responsibility for managing multiple technical teams, such as software engineering, web development, R&D, hosting and networking engineering, that designed, developed and operated several worldwide applications and websites.

Served on the Advanced Technology team for the Studio’s Chief Technology Officer. Provided strategic technology consulting and direction, as well as managed technical projects for several divisions. Focused on film restoration, digital production, content protection, distribution technologies, digital media compression and long term archiving.

Managed a software engineering team that developed systems to integrate picture and VFX editorial with other animation production departments by creating new workflows that increased productivity and reduced production timelines and costs. Held responsibility for team that trained users and provided 24x7 support for multiple concurrent feature animated productions. Feature film credits included Tarzan, Fantasia 2000, Dinosaur, The Emperor’s New Groove and Atlantis.
