Customer's support to improve the production process. Focal point to improve the SW function provided by 3PP

I am the responsible for the DLA CNF in the 5GC DLA Project in TIM of the acceptance by the customer for all the CNF involved (CCSM; CCDM; CCPC; CCRC; SC; EDA2). To facilitate this activity we are using the E/// "Automated Acceptance Test" tool (AAT) with the aim to execute (and re-execute) the acceptance test in automated way.

Customer Solution Responsible, for the integration on the "Real Time Troubleshooting System" TMA (Traffic Monitoring & Analysis, for the evolutionary impacts (new systems, changes in release) about the LTE Network Element (SGSN-MME, EPG, eNodeB). The system is connected directly on nodes via streaming and/or via files.In this area (the project is currently in progress) I deal with: collection of user requirements and their formalization to 3PP software suppliers (TMA is an E/// solution) with our solution engineer, with the proposition and/or improvement of application software solutions and / or software architecture defining process, defining effectiveness/efficency solutions HW and SW, for startup, sizing, and performance of the system in according to the customer needs. As a project I deal with all the business flow needed for the project (time, cost, quality, risk, procurement) . As a project I manage all the project phases in order to implement the solution (start, planning, execution, monitoring). As solution archootect I design the solution if thr HW architecture in order maximize the Customer requirements related to "domensioning" of the nodes to integrate.

Project Management for the integration on the "systems Performance" MPM/3GPM/Metrica, for the evolutionary impacts (new systems, changes in release) about the Network Element (BTS / BSC - NodeB / RNC) than on the Element Manager. In this area (the project is currently in progress) I deal with: collection of user requirements and their formalization to suppliers (Teoco; Datamat Ericsson) the proposition and/or improvement of application software solutions and / or software architecture (database design verification, verification of process verification effectiveness/efficency solutions) the analysis and/or proposition of the technical solutions, proposed by vendors, for hardware maintenance (startup, sizing, performance), for the system performance, according to their needs for scalability in response to the extension of the access network and / or network core network Wind compatibility analysis of HW/SW solutions proposed by suppliers Atlantic, CGI, EMC)

Telecom Italia - Project Management for the IDC-MP a provisioning tool to support the coordination, monitoring and delivery process of housing, hosting, co-location services of the called IDC (Internet Data Center) by Telecom Italy • ENEL - Project Management for application "Related Companies" . Realization, on behalf of document of technical specifications relating to the construction of a contract notice for the establishment of a Porting an application from Host environment to Unix environment. • GSE - Project Management for application porting from IBM AIX environment towards Oracle • TERNA - Project Management in the area "Metering" and "Settlement” about maintenance of applcations related to billing of the energy produced following regulations issued by the Authority (Electricity and Gas).
