Current role : “Senior IT and Business Analyst. “ Incumbent to position is based in Italy (Savio Industrial) in support role to the European Service group. The main responsibility of this group is to manage the various IT systems linked to the management of production facilities.In previous roles in MSD, professional experience has ranged from IT Programmer, management of ERP software developed on AS/400 and interfacing with various systems in Pavia plant, eg automatic warehouse and, in recent years Corporate IT common platform ie COMET SAP.Within frame work of ERP responsibility, the opportunity to build know how / expertise permitted me to become completely autonomous ie in problem solving activity, and, furthermore, to develop and implement new functionality. Results generated efficiencies in day to day running of systems and satisfied internal customer needs.During regulatory inspections eg GMP, FDA or other Agency Inspections, and during financial audits (Sox), I am responsible for providing information on IT systems, according to Inspector, Auditor request.My all round knowledge of business operations, and of data contained in systems active in Savio Industrial Plant, have allowed me to develop focused data elaboration and statistical analysis tools. These focused tools have enabled Savio Industial's Visual Factory objective ie having easy to understand “visual” data display monitoring progress vs strategy (KPIs result vs goal etc). Experience gained has allowed me to reach a high level of knowledge regarding main production processes/flow of all key functional areas - Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Packaging, Quality (Control and Assurance), Engineering, Human Resources and Finance – and to satisfy customer needs by providing solutions / support able to enhance decision making process.
