I have managed an international project for an important Company Leader in the Fashion Market, keeping track of the customer from initial offer to the final signature. I have dealt with project planning concerns, the implementation of the Oracle Applications Finance suite and Purchasing, from the design of the Corporate control management architecture passing through the interfaces with several legacy systems, to the rollout to all the Italian and international subsidiariesMy responsibilities:•management of vendors•coordination of a team of approximately 20 individuals composed of consultants and customer’s key users. •management of the project budget and responsibility for the project profit & loss.

In Staff to the Services and Territory Manager as Project Manager I have received special assignements as the new role of Project Quality Assurer. In this post I developed new procedures for Quality Assurance & Risk Management. Subsequently, as Quality Assurance Manager I managed sessions for the verification of opportunities in offering and sales phases and have executed audit of principal ongoing projects.

In January 2004, thanks to my experience as "Quality Assurance" which took me to perform audits at various Proxima's Projects, I was requested by the customer Pompea in order to replace the Proxima Project Manager, resigning in a crucial stage of a manufacturing project.This experience gave me the opportunity to enrich my experience that, till that moment was mainly directed to the management of projects concerning Finance - Purchasing and Sales processes
