The main activity is “organize the Administrative department” with special focus on:- Consolidated Financial Statement,- intercompanies transfer price rules,- new procedure for the budgeting and controlling system,

- In 1999 I was an integral member of the working group that prepared and completed the complex procedure required to list Marcolin on the Italian Stock Exchange.- Since the end of 2002 I took complete and direct responsibility of Administration and Finance as CFO of the USA Subsidiary, the largest in the Marcolin Group, until 2006.- In 2003 I was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong branch.- During 2005, I developed the business plans for the acquisition of the license for the production and distribution of the Tom Ford and Ferrari brands as well as the contractual negotiations. In the same year I organized the transition to the new international accounting standards (IAS).- In 2006 I participated in the establishment of a joint venture in Japan and was appointed to the Board of Directors. - In 2012 I was in charge for the arrangement of the data room for the sale of shares owned by the majority shareholders of Marcolin to the French Equity fund PAI. I also implemented the new procedures to set the transfer price according to the new OECD guidelines.- In 2013 I was appointed to the Board of Directors of the first Marcolin flagship store in Milan.
