Good Morning,my name is Massimo Cappelletti, I have a Master Degree in Electronic Engineering and I have a great deal of experience in industrial automation and process control.I started my working life as a technician, and after a few years I became R&D Manager. After that I moved to sales support, as a Product Manager for programmable controllers and systems.For more than ten years I have been Sales Manager of a department composed of Sales Engineers and Representatives, Product Managers, Back Office and Customer Service staff.The products that I normally deal with are: programmable automation controllers, sensors and transmitters, electrical actuators, HMI and SCADA Software.Sales channels are mainly focused on OEMs, VARs, System Integrators and Distributors.I directly manage key Accounts and I periodically support sales staff.Got used to analyse identified and latent needs of customers, I see sales activity as the skill of translating product functionalities and performances into perceived value.I am able to manage and motivate complex sales forces, based on professionals with varied skills, experiences and attitudes, and to maintain a positive relationship with different customers.I am terminating my actual employment and I am searching for a new job in which may experience can play a significant role.For further details please see my personal C.V.Best RegardsMassimo Cappelletti
