Provided organisational, economic, financial and administrative advice within the restructuring program of the Organisation and support to the International development projects, including audit missions on site. Assured the accurate and complete financial reporting for the projects funded by Health Pool Fund, WFP, OIM, Italian Agency for Co-operation, UNICEF, WFP, issued and made available the relevant documentation for the financial audits. Managed the administrative finance and control department and supported both the Headquarters and the Project manager in terms of logistics and purchasing, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management.
