I had full responsibility for all financial matters and risks associated with the Finance & Controlling organization, providing support to the top Management and the CEO in protecting/creating value for shareholders and contributing to the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.

Based in Paris and in Milan I’ve been managing the whole Administration & Finance Organization of all main European subsidiaries through the resident Finance Managers. The resident Finance Managers were functionally reporting to me.
