For a lifetime, my father worked as a sales officer for the largest Italian rock salt producer. He introduced me to the world of salt and passed on to me his passion for sales.From 1993 to 2010 I worked as an agent for ATISALE SPA, achieving important results in terms of sales and turnover. This experience gave me great satisfaction and increased my passion for this world.But my aim has always been to offer customers a wider choice of salts. Today I can say that I have achieved this goal: in 2012 I founded CONTERIO & CO. SRL with the aim of creating a company specialised in industrial supplies, filling the gap left by manufacturers, especially in the area of large-scale supplies of road de-icing salt.Ours is an innovative company, always ready for new challenges and environmentally friendly. We have become pioneers in Italy in a technical promotion campaign for salts and special solutions with reduced sodium content: with our technical and commercial team we explain to companies how to direct their production to reduce the salt in the finished product.I believe in teamwork, cooperation and unity of purpose between people and companies that decide to work together for a common goal. People make the difference, in every field and this is also what my father naturally passed on to me with his way of life: respect, trust, no compromises.
