Dear Friends,Time has come for me to rebalance my personal life with my family, putting an end to weekly commuting to Paris which was beginning to take a toll on me.I did enjoy my position and the accomplishments obtained over the years at SGSS and at UniCredit before.I leave at a moment of excitment as we are launching our UK strategy which is giving good results already and that I am sure will deliver even more than originally expected, filling a strategic geographical gap of SGSS.This is also a chance to thank SG for all the support received over the years in my Top Mangement stint there.As per my future professional life, I will certainly take a short break while evaluating a couple of entrepreneurial projects recently presented to me.Sayonara, Au Revoir, Good-bye and why not ARRIVEDERCI... and thanks for all the support you as customers, colleaugues, professional peers have given me over the yearsMassimoFormer MissionDrive former Organisation based on Business Lines (Product Push) to an International Client centred organisation (Market Driven) by aggregating different Sales forces from existing SGSS Business Lines. Redesign a new Product Offer for Client Segments by creating a solid Marketing Function, boosting Product Range and their relative positioning. Create Business Developments functions to govern and animate activities for each Client Segment.
