As IT analyst programmer, I develope database applications using the PL-SQL Forms and Report, and eventually Designer, Tools; I create Datawarehouse and its Data Analysis Documents; I interface with the final user to understand his needs and to provide the second level assistance; I perform functional tests on the application, reproducing the problems highlighted by the customers in order to suggest solutions to solve the anomalies found. As customer service officer of the pharma area, I carry out activities such as: assistance ticket analysis, assistance activities management through the assistance portal, interaction with the customer in order to define the source of the problem highlighted, performing functional tests on the application reproducing the problems highlighted by customers in order to provide the solution to the problem.
