My experience ranges from advising major Franchisor clients on compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct and other laws applicable to the Franchising industry, including Unfair Contract Terms and Vulnerable Workers legislation, to advising on intellectual property protection, competition issues (including Ipso Facto) and commercial leases.
