Massimo is a certified accountant who has worked with local and foreign companies, operating in different sectors, including banking, finance, distribution, entertainment and energy. He has served as advisor to Bank Foundations and Non-Profit Organizations. He is a Founder and Partner at Fiocchi Tirrito, a law and tax firm based in Rome. He has worked extensively with innovative startups and Italian startups. He focused on domestic and international tax matters, corporate reorganization, M&A, commercial law and corporate governance, application of national and international accounting standards and business estimations. He has served as board director and a member of board of statutory auditors of limited liability companies and joint-stock companies, as well as external auditor of public bodies and as liquidator of special purpose entities (SPV) in securitization transactions. Massimo has a degree in Business and Economics from the University L. Bocconi of Milan and he is enrolled in the Registry of Legal Auditors.
