I am currently responsible for the Service and Spare parts office of a private company that deals with heat exchangers (100 people). I act as service and spare parts manager, to satisfy all customer requests regarding on-site assistance, backoffice technical assistance, supply of spare parts. I developped my experience of Technical Sales Manager (OEM & Aftermarket) in a multinational manufacturer reality of actuators, pneumatic positioners and accessories for the adjustment of modulating process valves in systems of high complexity and size (Oil & Gas, Power , Chemical, Steel Plant) - commonly referred “Actuators”. Professionality characterized by the complete domination of the technicality of international processes of offer with the ability to evaluate all connected costs aspects and the knowledge of the entire Order / Production Management process for customized product, I managed with direct responsibility before I moved to development activities Business. Complete the profile a very good knowledge of English which allowed me to maintain effective relationships with worldwide customers by managing the technical and commercial problems with interfaces of cultures often very different from each other. I have also a very solid computer skills that allowed me to develop support programs to my operation with a very close cooperation with the internal IT department and with external Softwarehouses. I had a working time where I was responsible of Purchase dept. and where I was owner of a machining company.
