My main responsibilities include: • Company’s Operations Management and Organization (employing 70+ permanent technicians and managers shared on four premises and structured in Business Units, Staff Personnel, and Supporting Services), and relevant roles and commitments,• Drafting and control of Sales & Revenues Budget and their assignment to each area and employee, • Technical address finalized to the carrying out of new products (above all Cloud Services) on the basis of technical and market analysis,• Procurement & Outsourcing guidelines and control. • Business development and investment policies. More in detail, about the Commercial area and relying on my experience of ICT/GIS technologies and Environmental Modelling, nowadays I also directly manage GeneGIS GI Domestic (above all for Public Entities) and International Proposals with a particular focus on the Developing Countries.
