Engineer coordinator for Iranian projects, I try to make uniform the engineering activities for the projects even if there are different clients.Inside this activity I'm also following, as Project Engineer, a power island supply and some offers.The project is Heris in Azerbaijan region where we are supping 1 gas turbine AE94.3A, 1 steam turbine MT15 and their generators and auxiliaries, 1 heat recovery steam generator and the DCS for the entire power plant . I prefer to avoid to list of the offers.

Project Engineer for a consortium contract between Ansaldo Energia and FATA EPC, for two peaking power plants in South Africa.The first project is Dedisa, not so far from Port Elisabeth, it is a complete power plant in open cycle configuration equipped with 2xAE94.2 gas turbine in fuel oil operation mode.The second is Avon, north side of Durban, it is a complete power plant in open cycle configuration equipped with 4xAE94.2 gas turbine in fuel oil operation mode.I followed the entail live of the contract, taking care of the release of the permits , I personally carried out the functional test and acceptance test, concluding the work with the end of warranty.

I followed a lot of projects in this period, both engineering and erection/commissioning support at site, most of the projects were equipped with AE94.2 gas turbine. The projects are:1. I got back to Headquarters in 1999 following the acquisition of Ansaldo Industry (Ambient Division) by Ansaldo Energia.In this period I was employed in the Automation Division to follow as technical coordinator, offers relevant to the I&C systems for combined cycles and conventional power plant. I also coordinated the engineering activity for the I&C of Terni power plant.

The most important project where I was involved are:Revamping of the North pumping station and heat accumulators for Diesel Central Northern ASM Brescia, I supported the commissioning team on site for 6 months;• Commissioning of the power plant Centrale di Borgo Trento, AGSM of Verona, 4 months at site;• Design of automation systems of American power plant Allegany and Beaver Falls, with a period in of one month in New Providence;• Design of the I&C and control system for the cogeneration power plant Tor di Valle, ACEA Roma;• Design of whole I&C system and DCS system (synoptic Panel included) for waste incinerator at Brescia, with a long period at site for the erection and commissioning of the plant, 18 months;

In this period I followed the I&C erection and subsequently commissioning of two new chemical plants in North Italy (MAF and Oleum) for the company ACNA di Cengio organic chemistry.Concluded the above activity I was engaged to follow the I&C maintenance in ILVA industry in Cornigliano, Vetrotex and Enel power plant in Vado ligure.My experience in SME Nord is terminated in Brescia where I supported Ansaldo Industria team in the commissioning of Lamarmora CET3 power plant.
