Renco is a very dynamic Company working all around the world in the Oil & Gas Industry, Industrial Automation, EPC Plants for International Companies.From 1993, when I was hired, Renco has grown up enormously, passing from a small company (approx. 50 workers in that year) to a company well-known in the Italian panorama, with a number of employees ten times higher.I'm proud to have directly participated in this growth, and I had the opportunity to grow myself facing, as Project Manager, increasingly complex projects for industrial plant (i.e. Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, etc.) that always involve Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning and Start-Up activities.Experiences in small-medium-large Projects allowed developing flexibility and capacity to work in diversified and challenging environments.Assuring Owner satisfaction through the implementation of Project activities in line with the contractual requirements is the main driver of my professional activities.Furthermore I am strongly personally committed to ensure the development of the project activities and the growth of personnel assigned to my projects, in line with the highest HSE rules.
