I work on behalf of Condotte 1880 Ltd belonging to the Tiberiade Holding group - which acquired in July 2023 the core business of activities in large-scale works of the Società Italiana per Condotte d'Acqua S.p.A. for which I have been working since 1984.Since April 2024, I have been appointed as an internal member of the Supervisory Board, and since September 2023 I have held the role of technical observer of the Audit Service of the new Condotte 1880, established before the adoption of the new Organization, Management and Control Model. In the past, in the dual role of client and/or contractor of works, I have performed the duties of industrial accountant, deputy site manager, site manager and then Head of Works for the construction of road works (embankments, viaducts on behalf of CAS.MEZ), hydraulic works (dams, water adduction tunnels on behalf of CAS.MEZ), railway works (stations, tunnels, underpasses on behalf of FS - III Special Unit of Ciampino).In the role of Project Manager, I have directed the construction of residential, commercial and tertiary complexes also through the conversion and urban and environmental transformation of old disused industrial garrisons in addition to having followed the preliminary works of an intervention for the expansion of a hospital on behalf of the University Hospital of Pisa in the role of Deputy Manager.These duties also allowed me to develop skills in environmental matters while perfecting the identification of risks for the client and/or stakeholders involved in the projects. To promote these activities, I was also involved in Project Financing, interacting with national partners making them enablers for territorial development and growth. Together, these experiences have enabled planning the execution of complex contracts, the management, functionality and safety effects of which have emerged over time.
