This position was a placement as part of a UNSW degree. Part of Salmat's Business Process Outsourcing division. Documenting systems, project managing small to large projects, both individually and in small teams as well as managing internal and external client relationships. Projects included rapid development and deployment of modules to scanning application for a major healthcare insurer, modification to print application for major Australian investment bank and design of scanning application process for digitisation of a hospitals medical records.
