When my Assistant Manager or Manager cannot be present in the shop or busy I am very able to handle Customers complaints in order to deliver the excellent Pret a Manger experience.I am responsible in the shop of the Health and Safety and TQM: for me is very important to check every day shelf-life products, expiry dates and maintain the shop in perfect and safe conditions avoiding hazards.With a good eye and a creative flair, I was selected to be the key shop Visual Merchandiser of Oxford Circus shop and I love to maintain always all Company standards and guidelines.I am trained for First Aider so I can help customers in difficult situations.
